Stuart Hyland
Stuart is a highly experienced, international reward and performance consultant recognised for his track-record in delivering pragmatic and impactful programmes and solutions.
His expertise is diverse and includes reward strategy design and implementation including all of its component parts such as job evaluation, job families and grade structures, base pay systems, variable pay and performance management.
Stuart has also been one of Europe’s leading voices and experts on pay transparency and pay equity across the EU in recent years, as evidenced by the number of speaking engagements he has been asked to host as well as the education sessions that he has led for employers around the world.
In addition to working extensively in the UK, Stuart has led and supported a large number of international reward projects in locations as diverse as the USA, Nigeria, Japan, South Africa, Hungary and Russia, as well as all of the main commerce areas in Western Europe. He has worked with organisations across a wide range of sectors including automotive, oil and gas, technology, media, manufacturing, retail, FMCG, financial services, defense and the public sector.
