Jenni Blyton

Jenni joined Ellason in January 2022 and has 20 years’ experience supporting remuneration committees, having advised a wide range of listed and private organisations across a range of sectors. Jenni first advised on remuneration when she joined New Bridge Street Consultants (Aon), a then independent executive reward consultancy, in 2002.

​Jenni graduated from City University with an MSc in Information Science and from the University of Manchester with a BSc in Mathematics.
