Ed Mottley

Ed, a co-founder of Ellason, has over 20 years’ experience supporting remuneration committees. His client portfolio includes the role of appointed advisor to the remuneration committees and HR leaders of many of the UK’s largest listed companies.

​Ed joined Kepler Associates in 2005. 10 years later, he joined Mercer following its acquisition of Kepler, becoming a Partner and leading the UK Executive Reward practice from 2018 until leaving to establish Ellason in 2021.

Ed graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in Geography and studied Corporate Finance at London Business School.
